Vendor Passes & Set-Up
All persons working/staffing, volunteering, or "filling in" for a booth must have Fair Vendor season pass. Passes are available for purchase at the discounted rate of $15 (Adult seasons passes are regularly $25). Please order and purchase enough passes for your staff/volunteers and disperse them to your booth participants before opening day of the Fair. Each 10 x10 space automatically receives 2 vendor passes per 10x10 space. You, as the vendor contact, will receive all passes upon check-in at the Fair Office in your vendor envelope.
The Fair Office and/or ticket gate cannot be responsible for holding vendor passes for individual pick-up. Please plan accordingly. You may check in and start setting up* your booth Monday (Aug 13th) or Tuesday (Aug 14) anytime between 8am and 8pm.
*Please note: if you chose to rent any equipment from the Fair such as a tent with sidewalls, pipe & drape (indoor only) or a set of tables and chairs, those items will not be set-up until Monday afternoon.

Layout for Food Court The Fair staff will do their best to accommodate everyone in their desired spot in the food court based on power and space needs. Thank you for your patience.
Electrical is provided via large electrical cords that have a pair of 120V plug-ins.
Water is accessible to every food booth, vendors are required to bring their own potable water hoses.
gray water, vendors must utilize one of the two units provided in the
food court. Vendors must have their own gray water containers to
transport to the larger receptacles. Grease that has been returned to its original receptacle (NOT in gray water receptacles) can be removed by Fair. No food in gray water receptables please!
